its suppose to look like its reflecting off the ground did i fail or did i accomplish my idea ?

Sorry for a late reply but i've been busy latly, I used photoshop, i actually just got finished watching a photoshop tutorial on web design, Very intresting ill have to get some new stuff up i have messed with
