Ordered hosting, but what now?!

Okay, so i have been looking around the web for hosting, because i am in desperate need of it, i found you guys and signed up, made my 32 posts, but now i have gone to sign up for the hosting, entered all the info, got as far as eneter subdomain, clicked submit, then it redirected me back to the home page, now when i go http://citricsquid.tfcph.com it says the accounts been created, but how am i supposed to access the Cpanel, no email's been received with log in info, and my forum pass doesn't work, so what now?

I really need help!
