INDEX problem

Hello guys, i have one problem. I have good website on my computer but i can not make it work on this server. I had everything good with old website here and when i decide to remove that one and put this one i delete everything from my hosting space. I guess that i delete some important file so i have trouble now.
Now if i upload old site or this one or anything ( single index page ) i can not make it work. It give me error 404 like page doesnt exist or something.
My question is, is it posibile that you do something like format ( delete everything from my hosting ) and restore like it was when i just get this hosting? Can you make this like new which we get when you aprove hosting plan?
Or, is it posibile to shut down thisone and open another account?

C panel - help

I can not enter on mu c panle, my site and mu forum. What is hapened???
Did I do something wrong and you shut me down???

I hade very serious forum there abouth science and those people are start coming everyday, but now I can not enter there. Can you help me???

Hello, I think that would be nice to have science forum with every of those science. Forum of biology, forum astronomy... and we will be able to talk about our favorite science and topic about them.
Can someone of moderator make science board and we will make forum for our science???
