Register problem with PHP Nuke 7.9

So, people...

I did the installation of php nuke 7.9, everything is working fine except one thing, when somebody click the "Register account" option or the "Your account" option, they get an access denied message, I try to fix the problem but I don't see how any more...

Anybody with an idea?
