i'm thinking to rebuilt my PC to make it comfortable for new games, but i have no idea how to do that i mean what kind of RAM space, hard disk, screen memory and so on does i need..and after this all it won't cost me more than 150$.

i already have the following on my PC

512mb --RAM
80gb -- Harddisk
Processor -- x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1 GenuineIntel ~3000 Mhz
