Unlimited space?

I seem to have unlimited space but, I can't upload any files or delete some files.

When I use my ftp program it says:

Status: Starting upload of C:\Documents and Settings\Tsu\Desktop\adn.png
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (75,126,158,185,166,114)
Command: STOR adn.png
Response: 553-Can't open that file: Permission denied
Response: 553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory
Error: Critical error

When I use the cpanel file manager it uploads the files but when the upload window closes, the files are not there.

When I try to delete a folder, it will delete it but the folder reappears.

EDIT: I can upload and delete files in some directories but not others. It seems to be random. @_@
