Cant enter in my Cpanel

In the case that firefox is not here maybe someone else can help me. I get hosting and i get email with my information, but when i take adress for my cpanel my browser start to search and search like 30 second about that and then give me google message like that can not find such terms.

firefox try that on his computer and he said that my panel work wery well and i should do something about my fire wall, so i turn off, but still same problem, i put new port for grand cpanel and and still not working.
Does anyone know whats is wrong?
I have windows vista is that problem?

Interlaced and deinterlaced video

Problems, problems problems....
Ok, i have sony dcr sr 300. pretty expenisve and good rating camcorder.
But im faced with situation that video which i record is need to be deinterlaced.

What can i use to do that and to keep my video quality?
Does anyone know anything about this?

Ok, im about to buy lap top with good graphic card.
I found one good configuration and im wonderning is there anything better at this moment.

Good thing is that i can take 4 gigs ram and better proccessor and it will be still under 2000$
Is there any better deal than this?
I found that HP 9000t have something simmilar but graphic card is not good in this notebook.
