New instantfreehosting.com account: CSS filetype not allowed!

I have received the email of transfering from TFCPH.com to instantfreehosting.com, so I have backed up all the things to my computer and want to upload to my new account. But to my surprise, when I try to upload the website to the new instantfreehosting.com account, the ftp tool tell me:

"533 Filetype not allowed!"

I find that, when upload any css file, it will fail. Since css file is very common for a website, I don't know why you forbid me to upload? The old TFCPH.com account doesn't have this ban.

I have also found, not only css is banned, js (JavaScript), xml, swf (Flash), mo and po (they are WordPress language files for languages other than English) files are all banned!

I watch the movie Memento yesterday. Frankly speaking, I am unable to understand what the story tell me. So why does it get 8.6 of 10 in IMDb?

DNS failed

Today when I try to visit my website www.shiyutang.com, I got a DNS failed. OpenDNS says:

* Looking for who is responsible for shiyutang.com and followed ns1.tfcph.com.

Nameservers for www.shiyutang.com:

* ns1.tfcph.com returned (SERVFAIL)
* ns2.tfcph.com returned (SERVFAIL)

So maybe your DNS server fail. Would check it?

I am very sad to hear the news that China earthquake death toll rises to 28,881. It is estimated that death toll will rise to more than 50,000. According to the Information Office of the State Council of China, there are 198,347 people injured. Untill now, 143 hours has passed by since the earthquake. There is only little hope for people who still bury in ruins to survive.
