Hi, I already posted under support, but I saw that someone else had posted a similar problem here (and gotten a reply) so I thought I would follow suit.
I went to the automatic hosting activation, chose subdomain, on the next screen I inserted my chosen subdomain name, and then the next screen came up with this message: "FATAL : Redirecting to support, there was an error creating account."

Hi. I have the required number of posts, I believe, but when I go to the Instant Hosting Activation System I have an error. I get through my first choice (subdomain) and then I can put in my required subdomain name, but then I get a fatal error in account activation, and it sends me here. Am I doing something wrong?

Well I loved Shrek 3! Apparantly they're making a number four, which surprised me. Three's supposed to be the number for movies and things, right? So anyway, what do you think it will be like? I mean, they now have Arty as King, so is the Queen still living at the castle? And they've got the babies in it... Any possible story lines?

I think this problem probably hits the lower quality free mmorpgs more than others, but anyway: I hate it when you try and play a game, but it's impossible to play without constantly referring to either the website or a fansite. Tales of Pirates was like this - you work really hard to get your pirate 'ship', but then you can't actually go anywhere without coordinates - which you need to get from the website.
What's worse is that users are then ridiculed if they don't look something up on the website. It's not normal to play a game with a website open in the background! If you need coordinates, they should be available in game! If you need instructions, they should also be available in-game. What do you think? |
