A semi-computer illiterate relative wants to share his website, but since is ip that is system preferences is a private one he can't share it with me. He is connected his imac to the modem via ethernet and then to the internet. From (http://murphymac.com/os-x-personal-web-sharing/) it say "Basically, Internet users have to point their browser to the address assigned by your isp. Then your router needs to point that incoming traffic to the [192.168.1.1, my relative's modem] address you’re seeing in system preferences. That’s what port forwarding does," is this the answer and if so how, and if now how else would he achieve this.

I typed in svn co https://svn.mediatomb.cc/svnroot/mediatomb/trunk/mediatomb mediatomb, autoreconf -i, ./configure --prefix=/sw --enable-transcoding
Without any problems but when I typed in make I got
CODE
g++ -I../src -I../tombupnp/ixml/inc -I../tombupnp/threadutil/inc -I../tombupnp/upnp/inc -I..    -I/usr/include/js -I/opt/local/include/taglib       -D_THREAD_SAFE     -g -O2   -o mediatomb mediatomb-main.o libmediatomb.a ../tombupnp/build/libtombupnp.a -liconv    -L/opt/local/lib -ltag   -ljs      -D_THREAD_SAFE    -L/usr/lib -lcurl -lssl -lcrypto -lz -ltag -lsqlite3 -lz  -lavformat  -lexif  -lexpat
/usr/libexec/gcc/i686-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/ld: Undefined symbols:
_av_log_set_callback
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [mediatomb] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2

Is this a problem with my osx HD not having something, osx in general (missing something in the GCC or something I need to add), or mediatomb svn isn't ready for osx? And is there anything I can do to fix it?

I'm referencing my info from http://www.deadlock.dhs.org/jin/mt-tr-howto.txt and http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=4332007 <-from the original ps3 support release candidate/beta/svn version

Has anyone seen the lastest ken burns tv documentary? I have see the first episode and I learning about the stuff about WWII that I didn't know (I knew about how U-boats sunk us ships out of the east cost, but I didn't know how effective it was), and finally watching the views of 'ordinary people' not celb generals and such) My favorite parts of the first episode are in the quote below
QUOTE
Mobile resident Katharine Phillips, whose vivid, witty and textured memories of Stateside life are easily a series highlight; Sen. Daniel K. Inouye, who saw the first Japanese planes over Pearl Harbor and won the Medal of Honor after fighting on the Euro front lines; Sacramento farm girl Sascha Weinzheimer, held in brutal captivity in a little-known Japanese concentration camp for Allied civilians Manila;

Since all the topics in the section fps shooters have been about S.T.A.L.K.E.R or CS, and a topic about Steam. I wanted to start a topic about a open source game thats a fps/rpg game called Tremulous (http://www.tremulous.net/). It is "a free and open source team-based first-person shooter with RTS elements that was released on March 31, 2006. Game play is similar to the Quake II mod Gloom. The game features two teams, humans and aliens, each with their own strengths and weaknesses." Have you played it, if you have how did you like it?
