hmm..The simplest way is submiting it to search engines. There are other simple ways like submitting it to directories. But yea the simplest way that i can think of right now is just submitting it to as many search engines as possible.

The easiest would be writing comments on blogs. Another method would be article marketing. Writing articles is pretty simple to me, you can submit them to sites like ezinearticles and get lots of traffic exposure.

Yeah you have to pay. I think thats precisely why its the simplest way to increase traffic. You can go for free traffic exchange at websites that offer visitors to visit your website at a 1:2 or 1:1.5 ratio. But as far as ive tried it before, such traffic is not targeted and pretty useless since those people who visit through th traffic exchange site are mearly there to get as many clicks to get more visits to their own websites.
