Hey, I've seen this kind of thing on other forums and I thought we should start one here
This is a fun way to just post random stuff. The goal is to get to the thousandth page. So we'll need a LOT of posts! Of course we need to follow the basic forum rules, and there's no double posting! (think that's part of the rules anyway) anyways, let's get started... -------------------- |

![]() Yeah. But seriously, what do you mean millionth page? You mean get 1 million pages in this one thread? That's impossible. Most forum software creates a glitch at page 1000, causing the topic to have to be locked. I guess it's because forum software designers don't expect topics to get that popular. -------------------- |

lol, yeah. this isn't really intended to get to the millionth page (in fact, I changed it in the first post to be the thousandth (M stands for one thousand
anyway, I just hope it can serve as a way for people who post random stuff in new threads to get their thoughts out in one place if nobody likes the idea though, it'll just drop down in the thread list and be forgotten -------------------- |

K also stands for 1000.
However, I fear that this topic could get awfully spammy, and attract the worst of the newcomers to post repeatedly just to get posts. Could we, some how, create rules to direct this topic. -------------------- |

ok, well. lets say that you have to follow the general discussion of the thread, but that discussion can change over time. (for example, it could be a place to tell jokes at one point, but later it could be where you "ban" the user above you for silly reasons) that would hopefully keep the spam away without making things too strict
anyway, as I said. if anyones interested, we can do this. otherwise, we can just drop it -------------------- |

Well, apparently I'm helping out here, so we'll have a two person thing, in the very least.
Hit us up on a subject matter, and I'll get to discussing. -------------------- |

It´s not a bad idea to get a 1 million links posted, but what´s the final goal of it? If you need traffic i think that you can reach them in other ways.

well, we're not looking for links exactly, just a fun way to post random stuff
Death Dark, we can't really discuss anything because that should go in the debating section I saw a "ban the person above you" thing once, we could start with that. -------------------- |

Yes, I´m with Jav in this point. I hate very very very much the popup ads, the great part of it don´t matter to anybody in the net. I only find usefully de 1% of popup ads that I saw in my life.

My pet peeve about the internet is people WHO DO NOT USE PROPER ENGLISH. Spelling, grammar, and punctuation is not that bad.
Pop up ads aren't a problem for me. Firefox takes care of all of that. -------------------- |
