If you're reffering to the explanation of what's included with the hosti on this page,
http://tfcph.com/ the goodies (for php) is stuff like sendmail etc. You name it and it's probably allowed with this hosting! This is a great host. Better than a lot of paid hosting sites -------------------- |

Starter plan has all the same hosting goodies, just less bandwidth etc.
In fact most people here have no problems with it at all, in any way. There are some who have popular sites (e.g. moved from an old host to TFCPH) who eat through there allocated bandwidth pretty quickly, but then they quickly get to the Advanced or Pro plans. -------------------- The Free cPanel Host and GrandForums Main Administrator.
