i get the same thing, and i have tried to make a subdomain and it never sent me the info for it. if at all possible i would like to have that subdomain deleted and i would like to be able to make a new one. if that is possible.

armyboi you are in the same boat. Already have a hosting account for ages its just suspended due to lack of posts.

Please post more. If you want to delete and change it, get another 60 posts and msg me.

hmm.. is somelse running your site? have you tried recovering it?

I think Firefox can either reset your password or make a whole new account just for you.. the old one will be delete and you'll be using the new one.. It's up to him though

That is exactly what keeps happening to me as well! I've been trying all day to get my hosting set up, it never lets me, I get the exact same error message.

EDIT- Ah, fixed now, never mind, turns out I did have an account already (:
