My boyfriend and I went to qeubec (sp?) and we got lost there, when we went into the store to ask for directions they were singing in plain english....But when we asked for directions they said no parle francais?! lmao I said no because it is canadian french and I only took a year of french class. So we were lost in canada I told them just point me in the direction of the united states any state will do....but they were really mean. I don't know if it was because we were in the country...but they were rude. Other than that it was beautiful and I went shopping because everything in canada is so much cheaper!

I took a trip to Nova Scotia with my family. Everything was written in both French and English, but I met no French speakers. It would have been a much more enjoyable trip if we hadn't gone completely by car.

I have been to Quebec and to Niagara Falls.

The american side (the area around it) of the falls is BAD. There is nothing around in that area and all the houses have been taken over (foreclosed)

The canadian side is a lot better

No problems to report. Just make sure you have your passport in hand, I don't think you can get in anymore without it.

I've been to Toronto and I loved it. Everyone was really nice, and the city is so CLEAN. You can walk around in the dark at 2am by yourself and not be afraid. It was wonderful.
