i dont really think the banner looks grand enough for grand forums i would like it changed but since i wont do it and its not my forum i am just suggesting

Something that would fit the current theme im guessing something snowy soft coloured ?
Perhaps you could have Mt. Everest as the background image and then Grand Forums text next to it. I'll play around and make some quick banner designs later on in the day (getting rdy for tafe atm  )

No, more of a silvery white theme, like the forums here. Maybe in OCR A Extended, Courier New, or um, I don't remember the font name (??? Gothic Md BT, I think it was Century).

Yes... Now that yuo say it, there is something about the logo... It is so correct and impersonal... Yes please it don't suggest that human beens are having fun in here. Choose whatever but change it, but if you can, put people in it. Check in gettyimages, there is a lot of great free photos in its collection...
