I have used Blender some.
Like most 3D graphics programs it is a little hard to start using but once you get used to it you can do some quite impressive work.
It's biggest advantage is that it is free. I use it along with Art of Illusion for my 3D modeling. The two make a good 3D modelling team. smile.gif

I've tried blender a little but didn't get into it much i prefer 3D Max.

3D Max and Maya are better but if you don't have the money for those then Blender and Art of Illusion are good.
