Anyone into these guys? I've dived hard into the existentialist writers, it's a pleasure that's tainted in pain, so many insightful things, but their writing definately make you notice the meaninglessness that exists in your life.

Heh true. It adds perspective to your life. Nietzsche etc can be hard to get into, for me its not the kind of writing I can read once and get, it takes multiple reads, each time I take something new away. You can get books which summarise the point the writer is trying to make, they are handy when trying to understand what the heck these intellectual thinkers where trying to get at.

lol i know about the books explaining nietzsche and other author, and for sure reading it ones is not enought to grasp any of the concepts, trust me i know, had to take 3 filosophy subjects at uni. Its just that german filosophers are not my hit, but hey what do you think about french existencialist Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir?

Hi, I bearly speak english but i Love Nietzsche.
"Thus spoken Zaratustra" is my bible. I really think that you should to think, by yourself, and not your society. That moral must to be a private experience and creation... I can't to say it in english... But I got the idea. And I desire to everybody to get that freedom. |
