If you have just started using CSS or you've used it for years, you should check out some really good resources.
Five books I suggest (I found them all at my local library) are listed bellow.

Eric Meyer on CSS (by Eric Meyer smile.gif )

More Eric Meyer on CSS (again, by Eric Meyer smile.gif )

Transcending CSS (by Andy Clarke)

CSS Mastery (by Andy Bud, a good book for people just starting out)

The Zen of CSS Design (by Dave Shea, takes a good look at some of the best designs from http://www.csszengarden.com )

Whether you look at any of these books, you will want to check out these sites.

http://www.csszengarden.com/ (The CSS Zen Garden, a showcase of some of the best CSS designs)

http://meyerweb.com/ (Eric Meyer)

http://www.andybudd.com/ (Andy Budd's personal blog, where he talks about lots of web related things)

Well, that's all for now. I will return and post more if I think of them.

Enjoy!

It really depends on the designer.
Some say CSS is better, other say tables are.
So see for yourself.

P.S: IMHO : CSS FTW ;P
