Discuss.

I like Arial, Garmond, and Verdana as body fonts, though Verdana is used too much.

I like BankGothic Md BT for Headers, and occasionally, when I'm feeling funny, I'll use some Courier New.

I dislike Times New Roman and Comic Sans because they've been used too much.

Anything at all that everyone else uses is something to avoid, in my opinion. Looking just like everyone else is a Bad Thing. However, this also tends to make my stuff unpopular. Congratulations Conformity, you win again...

I like Century Gothic
Because it looks so neat and contemporary!
Arial also gives a nice crisp contemporary look!

I like Arial, Tomaha, and Calibri. They have a very classic and clean look to them.

I use Georgia for web, but I try to find fun fonts for graphics.
My current favorite is one called "always joking" from dafont.com

Times New Roman sickens me now. How can anyone stand using it now is beyond me. It's so... BLAND. I'd rather use Courier New or something.

And yeah. Century Gothic and Calibri are pretty decent fonts. I myself use Century Gothic for my MSN font.

Word, Georgia is the best font "widespread" font out there. I don't like Comic Sans either, it's overused as you said.
Calibri is pretty good too.

I think i'm gonna annoy most people on here by saying I really like comic sans! It's a cool font which isn't boring like the others. It's also a really good general font as it's one of the most readable.

I hate arial - it's just so straight and lifeless! It's so boring and has nothing to recommend it at all in my opinion!

I like Arial and Comic Sans a lot for web design. For word processing I like the 2007 font, Calibri
