How does it work?

AFAIK, it's other name is called Urchin.
I haven't used it yet but I've read you need to include a JS file in your pages so that Google would know the site activity.
Just Google for the site, all the info should be there.

when you request the javascript pages, it sees what you're site is and uses that information to generate statistics about you.

Google Analitycs it´s cool for monitoring and researching your site visitors, i use it and works for me so cool.

I've been using google analytics a few months now and I've found it fantastic! It gives you really useful and in depth data so you really can monitor how your website is preforming. My favourite bits are the traffic sources info and the content info. It's also pretty cool knowing what countries your visitors are from!

Though does anyone know how to use the google outbound link tracker? I've tried to use it, but it doesn't seem to work!
