you can always use p2p programs like lime-wire or emule to find what your looking for

I wouldn't trust Limewire for anything that isn't music.
I get all my roms from frozen-roms.net.. the only bad problem is that they have alot of ads, and are mostly written in german. But I don't know any German and I can find my way around just fine. --------------------  |

You can also download via torrents. E.g. torrentspy.com etc. Use "Azureus" torrent downloader program.
