RULES
Please ensure that you have read and understand these rules, all of them. Copyrighted Materials TFCPH & GrandForums.com will NOT tolerate any storage or distribution of any copyrighted material on the server. For this reason, no member is permitted to upload any type of copyrighted files such as pirated music and videos. Storing your own videos or music is acceptable. This includes but is not limited to storing, running or distributing nulled versions of IPB and vBulletin, cracks or keygens, serials or hacking scripts/software. Adult Materials You are prohibited from displaying or linking to indecent or pornographic materials anywhere on this server. Resource Usage You are indeed allowed to use all the resources available to you, however in the very unlikely event that this puts the server under an unmanagable amount of pressure, your account will be suspended, and you must get in touch with an Administrator to discuss future arrangements. Languages The following langauges are allowed on TFCPH servers: ENGLISH ONLY Exceptions: If you want to run a website(s) it in a different language, permission can ONLY come from admin "Firefox". When asking, state what your site(s) is about and what you expect to show on your site(s) now and in future. Failure to do this = ban. Having a small spanish/other section of your forum etc, is OK as long as the majority of the site is in English, otherwise you'll need permission. Website Content We strictly prohibit websites in any way, shape or form related to: * Adult/Mature Content * Gambling or casino-related content * Hacking/cracking content * Illegal Software 'Warez' Distributon * Illegal Music/Video/Document Distribution * Sending unwanted 'Spam' e-mails * Spamvertising your website for links etc * Proxy Software or Sites * Hate/Racism websites or comments * Certain scripts that take too much CPU/Memory We support the uncensored flow of information and ideas over the Internet and do not actively monitor your activity under normal circumstances. Similarly, we do not exercise editorial control over the content of any websites, e-mail transmissions, newsgroups, or other material created or accessible over or through the services, except for certain proprietary websites. well it's up to the admin. If they're copyrighted don't try to host them. Just like songs, if they're not yours they're illegal. If they're not yours yo have to have written permission from the author/owner in order to use them, it doesn't matter if it's on here or somewhere else.
I just want to say that if you host alot of movies it, they'll eat your bandwith really fast. Plus if you have alot of them it will slow down the server. i suggest using sites like youtube , metacafe, myspace to host videos. This way it won't loose your bandwith really fast, plus they take up space. -------------------- |
