It is really hardware demanding and it need a lot of work because after 2 days it crashed

The crashing is just the classic Windows stability. I prefer XP anyway, since Vista is just XP wearing a Mac OSX costume. Almost everything it does looks like OSX. (Just note, I hate Apple so I dont use Macs

I tryed vista for few days and I`m don`t have some good opinion about vista. It has good look, it is fast, but drivers, price, compatability with other software is something what disturb me. And requraments for vista is ... I don`t know, I have intel 2 duo 6600, 2Gb ram memory 512 ati card, hard 250gb and rating for my system is 4.1
What kind of system I supoust to have to be enough for vista? |

a couple of computer geeks i know resent (and i mean HATE) vista, as if its evil or something, weird right?? i mean its not like the shit is gonna mess up ur computer.

Hmm, Vista is just a Win XP with all of the eye candies plus they've added a Deepfreeze-like functionality as an added security feature.

Vista is naff.
They hired a load of hackers to come find exploits in there "perfect" system. Lets just watch all the big banks and companies install vista and these hackers realease a 0day. Linux XGL can do all the eye candy stuff that vista does but better performence -------------------- |

I got 700mb of ram on my laptop wer i got vista installed and it uses 350mb of it compared to 190-200mb to WinXP, the only thing i like about vista is the dynamic search its got makes things much easier to search for and its faster too everything else is almost exactly the same to windows xp.

Well the one thing that is bad .... That Vista would let you to install If u dont have 512 mb ram :S and well second for windows vista simply u gotta have a great PC
