If you don't own the real thing (cartridge or cds) then it is illegal. If I'm not wrong, the law says you can keep it only for about 24 hrs.

I don't know about all games, but it's illegal to get Nintendo games.

Yeah I hear they sell these old games through the Nintendo Wii for $5 or so.

That's probably why they wouldn't be too happy that you can get roms for Nintendo games.

yea...i use to have gameboy roms in my computer, but i stopped quite a long time ago...
yea they are illegal, safe until certain people find about it

When you say homebrew it depends if they are game dumps of umd's yes

if they are self coded games/apps no
